Located in stunningly renovated London Guarantee Building, LondonHouse Chicago luxury hotel combines classical architecture with a visionary, modernist 22 story all glass tower addition to form a truly one-of-a-kind property where Chicago began on Michigan Avenue and Wacker Drive.
- Rooftop Terrace Step out of the lift onto the top floor of One New Change into the world of Madison. With several rooftop terraces offering supreme views across the City of London skyline, the space can be enjoyed year round with our umbrellas and heaters.
- Guests will be inspired in Artesian, named after the original 360ft-deep well under the hotel, and winner of the coveted ‘World’s Best Bar’ accolade, creating classic and innovative cocktails. Even the ice here is special - produced using the very latest technology, Artesian's ice is purer, colder and with a higher density, making it last.

The heated glass Orangery is open all year round so you can enjoy the fantastic views whatever the weather and on fine days and throughout the spring and summer you can sit out in the Rooftop garden with a glass of something nice and enjoy the moment.

Monday to Thursday – Kitchen opens at 5pm and tables are bookable from 5pm.
Friday to Sunday – 12:00pm to 10:00pm

Food & Drink
From Easter through to late summer the Rooftop offers a slice of the Medi. Grilled meats & fish abound, alongside fresh and simple salads and southern French delicacies like fabulous olives, tapenade, and charcuterie, all washed down with ice-cold Provencal rose.
During the colder months the inspiration for the menu comes from the Alpine regions and being on the Rooftop is like a ski holiday without the hard work – think cheese fondue and melting raclette with hot cocktails to warm your insides.
A wide selection of cocktails, wines, and Champagnes are always available.

In the unfortunate circumstance of a cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the booking or in the event of a no-show on the day, a charge of £20 per person applies. Should you be unable to reach us by phone during our reduced opening hours, please email info@boundary.london with more than 24 hours notice to avoid any charges.
